Event Layout

When do bookings open?
Ticket bookings open Saturday, 19th July, exclusively on BookMyShow.
You can enter the waiting room at 11 AM IST. Each user will be assigned a queue number through automated queue randomisation. Early Entry in the waiting room DOES NOT guarantee priority access.
Tickets go LIVE at 12 PM IST.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets one user can buy?
You can buy up to 6 tickets per user. All ticket categories are subject to availability, so get yours before they sell out!

Is there an age limit?
Children under 10 years: Not permitted at the show under any circumstances.
Ages 10 to 18: Must be accompanied by an adult, and both the minor and accompanying adult must hold valid tickets in the same zone.
Children under 16 years: Access to Silver Ground or Fan Pit Ground is not permitted.
You may only purchase tickets for the platform sections and must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets will only be available for bookings online on the BookMyShow platform ONLY.

Will tickets be available for sale on any other platform?
No, the official tickets will be available on BookMyShow platform ONLY. We strongly recommend that you don’t purchase tickets via any third party to avoid the risk of counterfeit tickets.
Note: Black marketing of tickets is a punishable offence in India, and we have no tie-ups with  any third-party resellers.

Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?
No, tickets once purchased cannot be upgraded or changed.

Is there a ticket that allows me to meet & greet with the artist?
Unfortunately, no, there are no meet & greets with the artist.

How will I know if my payment is confirmed?
You’ll receive your booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

When will I receive my tickets?
Once you book your tickets, you’ll get a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Closer to the show, we’ll contact you on your registered number or email about the wristband delivery. These will be your actual tickets. Rest assured, your wristbands will be with you closer to the show date.
Please keep your wristbands safe; lost or misplaced wristbands will not be reissued under any circumstances.

What if I can’t make it to the show?
Tickets once booked are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Once your transaction is complete, your booking details will be sent via email and WhatsApp.

Is the venue air-conditioned?
This is an outdoor event, so please note there will be no air conditioning.

Will I be able to leave the venue and come back?
No, re-entry is not permitted.

What are the requirements to enter the venue?
All attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification at the venue.
Wristbands MUST be worn securely on your wrist and should not be removed or slipped on and off.
Wristbands are PERSONAL, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NOT FOR RESALE, AND/OR COMMERCIAL EXPLOITATION. If your wristbands are damaged, please write to us at support.bookmyshow.com.

Do you accommodate people with special needs?
Yes, we do accommodate guests with special needs. A maximum of 1 companion is allowed per guest in the designated PWD area. Both the guest and the companion must hold valid Silver Platform tickets.
If you’re pregnant, we strongly recommend consulting your doctor before purchasing tickets.
Bringing a child along? Please take the necessary precautions, such as carrying ear protection like earplugs.

Is the show wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair-friendly, but please note that wheelchairs will NOT be provided. You’ll need to bring your own if required.

What medical assistance will be available at the venue
Medical teams will be available on-site for all attendees.

Will there be F&B available at the venue?
Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.

Is smoking allowed at the show?
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please dispose of cigarette waste responsibly using the bins provided.
Lighters and unsealed cigarette packs are not permitted inside the venue.

Will there be drinking water available at the venue?
Yes, free drinking water will be available at the venue. We encourage you to either bring your own empty, reusable transparent plastic water bottle (500 ml) or use the biodegradable rice husk cups available for purchase at the show.

Will there be car parking?
There will be no car parking at the venue. We recommend the use of public transport.

Do you accommodate pets at the show?
No, pets are not allowed at this show.

Can I bring a bag to the venue?

  • Only small bags (handbag or sling bag, no bigger than A4) will be allowed.  Backpacks, suitcases, and laptop bags are NOT allowed.
  • There is no baggage storage facility at the venue.

Is photography permitted during the show?
Absolutely! While professional cameras with detachable lenses and video cameras are strictly prohibited, phone cameras can be used to capture memories. Please make sure to tag us @BookMyShowLive when you share your photos and videos on social media.

What happens if the show is cancelled?
In the event that the show is cancelled, you will automatically receive a full refund of your ticket purchase. Booking fee and home delivery charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Once the gates are opened, tickets will not be eligible for refunds.

EVENT GUIDELINES

  • By accepting, holding or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions and privacy policy of BookMyShow website.

  • Ages 10 to 18: Must be accompanied by an adult, and both the minor and accompanying adult must hold valid tickets in the same zone.
  • Children under 16 years: Access to Silver Ground or Fan Pit Ground is not permitted.
    You may only purchase tickets for the platform sections and must carry a valid government-issued photo ID for verification.
  • Rights of admission are solely reserved with the organiser.
  • The organiser reserves the right to alter the schedule of the event without prior intimation.
  • This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue and the ticketing company.
  • Entry will be permitted after thorough security check and through specific entrances only.
  • No eatables, drinks, liquids, bottles, cans, tins, bags, lighters, matches and flammable items, illegal or hazardous substances are allowed inside the venue and the seating area. Ticket holders’ belongings will be searched on entry to the event. If ticket holders elect not to consent to such searches, and/or are found in possession of Prohibited items, they may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
  • Please enter the full and correct Name which may be used for on ground verification/authentication at the venue. Do carry your official government IDs at the venue.
  • The event is a drug-free event. Any ticket holder found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, at the event will be evicted immediately from the Venue and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, the organiser reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such ticket holders.
  • Organiser has the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder or visitor appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, and / or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to harass persons, cause damage, injury, and / or nuisance at the event. The organiser’s decision is final in this regard.
  • The use of audio and/or video equipment including still cameras and any recording equipment is strictly prohibited.
  • This ticket is issued according to the rules and regulations of the event organiser and the management of the venue.
  • The organiser, the ticketing company and the venue do not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the event.
  • The organiser, the ticketing company and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by an unauthorised copy or reproduction of this ticket. Except as set out herein the ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, cancelled or returned once bought.
  • The ticket fee is refundable in the event the performance is cancelled by the organiser. Any other fees in connection with the performance including parking fees, per ticket internet handling fee, per order processing fee and per order home delivery fee shall be non-refundable.
  • The ticket is not valid for entry if the security features affixed on the ticket are tampered with.
  • You agree to assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19, H1N1, and/or its variants or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against the organiser
  • The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
  • Your co-operation is solicited.
  • Any dispute or claim to be settled shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.
  • All secondary performances (if any) and line-up are subject to Artist’s discretion.
  • A ticket holder grants the organiser the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of the holder’s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
